Win a BOSE QuietComfort Wireless Headphones at the ADVAM Stand at the National Roads and Traffic Expo 2019
1.0 PROMOTER
The Promoter is ADVAM Pty Ltd (ABN 97 112 038 169) (“ADVAM”) which has their registered office at C/- Transaction Network Services Australia Pty Limited, Level 10, 123 Pitt Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000 ("Promoter").
2.0 THE EVENT
The Event is the National Roads and Traffic Expo (“Expo”) being held on 17-18 September 2019 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
3.0 WHO MAY ENTER
The only people who may enter and be awarded are registered attendees of the Event who are not employees of the Promoter or the immediate family of such employees. "Immediate family" means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
4.0 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. By entering the competition, the participant consents to receiving marketing material from the Promoter.
5.0 LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Participants may only enter the competition once. Only the first received entry will be valid if more than one entry is received from a participant.
6.0 HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF WINNER
For the purpose of entering the competition, the entrant must be scanned via the iCapture app and provide their consent to join the competition and to receive marketing material from the Promoter. This will automatically put the entrant into the draw. At 4pm on 17 September at the ADVAM stand at the Expo, a random draw will be conducted to select a winner. If the named entrant is not present to collect the prize, the prize is forfeited, another entrant will be selected at random using the same method, this process will continue until the name of a entrant who is present at the ADVAM stand is drawn (“Winner”).
7.0 PRIZE
The Prize is a BOSE QuietComfort wireless headphones. It will be awarded to the Winner at the ADVAM stand during the Expo.
8.0 NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The Winner will be announced at the ADVAM stand during the draw.
9.0 PRIVACY
The information a participant shares with the Promoter in the course of entering the competition is covered by the Promoter's Privacy Policy which can be accessed at https://www.advam.com/privacy/privacy-policy/privacy-policy-for-national-roads-and-traffic-2019/.
10.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the Winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the Winner. This condition 10.0 does not affect any rights a person may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents to any participant is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied to that participant.
