PCBank
Advam's PCBank is an interactive virtual EFTPOS
service that is ideal for processing credit card requests in call
centre and back office environments.
PCBank allows
the operator to process payments, refunds, reversals, or
pre-authorisations in real-time on behalf of multiple
merchants, and in multiple currencies.
The user-interface can be customised to maintain corporate branding,
and is configurable to limit operator access by merchant, function,
and transaction type.
PCBank allows operators to capture order numbers, set transaction
limits, set credit card security levels,
print receipts, and append operator notes to each request.
All transactions processed through PCBank are encrypted
end-to-end using 128bit SSL encryption, with a response returned to
the operator in around 3 seconds. |
